Sedra Connections' role is limited to making introductions between users and third-party professionals.
2. Our Role as an Introducer
Sedra Connections:
- Collects information provided by users
- Matches users with suitable, RERA-licensed UAE property agents
- Facilitates introductions and initial contact
Sedra Connections does not:
- Provide property advice
- Negotiate property transactions
- Verify property details, pricing, or availability
- Represent buyers or sellers in any transaction
All property advice, services, and transactions are provided solely by third-party agents.
Sedra Connections does not guarantee the availability of any specific agent or property opportunity.
3. No Advice or Guarantees
Information provided on the Sedra Connections website is for general informational purposes only.
Sedra Connections makes no guarantees regarding:
- Property performance or returns
- Investment outcomes
- Property availability or pricing
- Suitability of any property or agent
Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence and obtaining independent professional advice where appropriate.
4. Third-Party Agents and Services
Sedra Connections may introduce users to third-party UAE property agents who are licensed by the relevant authorities (including RERA).
However:
- Sedra Connections does not control or supervise these agents
- Sedra Connections is not responsible for their actions, advice, or services
- Any agreement entered into between a user and a third-party agent is strictly between those parties
